I choose my mold to be a snowflake, then I start modeling using Solidworks.
I added a four cardboard walls to the mold box with hot glue, then I mixied the rubber with the catalyst, and added the mix into the box.
After about 24 hrs I removed the rubber, and the results was amazing.
For Casting I used the Smooth-Cast which is a viscosity casting resins that offer the convenience of a 1:1 mix ratio by volume and yield castings that are bright white, tough, durable, machinable, paintable, and virtually bubble free.
I added the mix into the mold and after 20 minutes I removed the part and the results was awesome.
